The law of inertia explained

In this video by NASA the law of inertia is explained using examples from cars, jets and space travel.  A National Test Pilot School instructor presents the examples and shows how seatbelts act as a force to protect people – even when they are rocketing along a test track at 400 miles per hour!

The sound quality isn’t great, but the video is fully subtitled and the content can’t be seen anywhere else, so I think it’s still worth watching.
